Investing in Thailand and
the Greater Mekong Region

Our performance over the past ten years was good. We will identify and invest in the best emerging regional opportunities going forward

We are a Bangkok based boutique fund management company focused on investment opportunities of publicly traded equities, primarily in Thailand and also mainland South East Asia, known as the Greater Mekong sub-region.

We will provide investors long-term capital appreciation through a concentrated portfolio investment in publicly traded equities listed predominantly on the stock exchange of Thailand, and also on the exchanges of Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar, when that is fully established.

We engage in a concentrated portfolio strategy that identifies companies for their profitability and growth potential. We look for opportunities that have been over-looked or misread by the market and that suggest uncommon return.

Our threshold criteria for inclusion in the Fund are growth at reasonable price, above-average return on equity, and above average return on invested capital.

Over the past decade, Ton Poh Fund has generated annualized return on investment over 20%. We look for companies that we consider to have the potential to achieve high and sustainable long-term return.

We are investors in businesses, not market traders. Our average holding period per position is more than two years.

Regardless of the size of investment, we are committed to the concept of fractional ownership and spend time cultivating working relationships with management of companies to better understand their business, marketing strategies, and philosophy.

This assures our investors of our own commitment to those companies in our portfolio.
